Come join the band for Frostburg’s Annual Halloween Parade on Thursday, October 27! The parade will start down Main Street at 6:15pm. It’s great fun for the family with treats for everyone. The City Halloween Party will be at City Place following the parade. For more info go to http://www.frostburgcity.com/halloween.html. See you there!
