Not only did the Arion Band participate in the City of Cumberland's "America 250 Parade" today, we were honored to be joined on our float by Frostburg's Mayor and City Council!
The Arion Band is incredibly proud to be a part of the Frostburg community, and we are very grateful to the City of Frostburg for supporting our organization for 149 years, and counting!
Thank you to Kristi-Todd Logsdon for providing the truck and trailer for today's parade, Owen Rowe and Evan Rowe for carrying the banner, and to everyone for coming out to be a part of today's event.

Then, next Monday, come to the Kensington Senior Center as we play for the residents there.

This afternoon, come on out to Hoffman Park and join us as we celebrate Flag Day.
The Arion Band, in conjunction with Frostburg Elks Lodge #470 will commemorate the 249th birthday of our American Flag at the Hoffman Park Amphitheater at 1:00 PM. After the ceremony, Farrady Post 24 Frostburg American Legion will host a community picnic.

It's not very often that we have to turn on the heat in the band hall, but we did it last night.
The Arion Band is back for our 149th year! We are incredibly excited to be here to bring live music to our friends and to the greatest hometown in the USA 🇺🇸!
On that subject, we are also very happy to be celebrating the 250th anniversary of our nation's independence this year. We've got lots of music in store for the celebration... some classic pieces that you'll know, and some "interesting" pieces that we guarantee you've never heard of before (because neither have we 😅).
